When placing an order on bmx-shop.com you will agree to abide with the terms and conditions displayed below.

Legal Statement

This web site was created and is served from the UK, English law therefore governs it and should any legal discrepancy occur, it will be dealt with in an English court of law.

Payment & Title of Goods

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email - Please carefully check all the information and contact customer services on 01934 745840 or e-mail info@bmx-shop.com if anything is incorrect. Payment by credit and debit cards will be debited from your account only when the order is in stock and ready to be despatched. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.
The title of all goods ordered will pass to you once bmx-shop.com has received payment in full for each purchase.

Stock Availability

We cannot ensure that all quantities are accurate upon ordering, the current stock status is approximate. Some items can be more popular than we sometimes predict and if we are out of stock we will endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. Anticipations for long delays or unavailability, you will be notified and given the options to best match your needs or cancelations should you not wish to wait.

Stock Changes/Amendments

Mostly concerning complete Bmx Bicycles, all products displayed on bmx-shop.com are subject to change without notice. To elaborate this could mean a slightly different pair of handle grips or small colour change to a product. For best results feel welcome to call our aftermarket sales team for further information on specific products.

Returns and Customer Care

All your purchases from Bmx-shop.com will have a 7 day returns condition. Should you have any purchases or items that are incorrect or faulty or you are unsatisfied with you will need to notify bmx-shop.com vaiour any of the means listed below. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase - you can either exchange for an alternative product or we can issue you with a full refund. However your re-postage to bmx-shop.com will not be refunded.

The item must be returned as new and unworn, in its original packaging with all labels intact, please enclose your receipt and any other necessary items.

Shipping charges for the returned goods will be paid for by you the customer.

Please return goods within 7 days of purchase to:

Faulty Goods

Unlikely events that i.e. an item is damaged or we have sent you the wrong product please return to the above address, as new, in its original packing with all labels intact enclosing your receipt. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund. Shipping charges for any damaged or incorrect items will be refunded at our discretion.

All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Rims
Please note, due to the nature of these products, we will only be able to accept rims replacement or refund due to peeling of chrome surfaces on rims within 14 days of delivery.

Chrome rims will start to flake and peel through normal use under what is known as "normal wear and tear2. Storage and storage temperature can also play a factor to the life span for chrome rims. Our experience and knowledge shows any rim that peels or flakes due to a manufacturing fault would do so within a week of first being used, hence forth the 14 day limit.

We will deal with all complaints fairly, confidentially, and endeavour to resolve all queries within a maximum of 5 working days with no priority to scale or cost.

VAT

All items and prices are inclusive of vat and will be subject to change dependant on where your purchase is being delivered. For further details on non-U.k residents please see below.

This VAT will be charged on all orders shipped within the European Union.

All International orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT will be automatically deducted upon filling in your delivery address details in our checkout.

Trade Descriptions Act

Great care has and is taken to ensure that our product descriptions, colours and specifications are as Accurate as possible. However, whilst the colour reproduction is an extremely close representation, variables may occur on different screen resolutions and screen types.
